NC High School Solar Energy Contest
The NC High School Solar Energy Contest is a collaborative effort to improve solar energy awareness through teacher involvement.

Who Can Participate:
Any teacher who is registered to teach in a North Carolina High School is eligible to participate.

Details of Contest:
The Solar Energy Contest is a contest that aims to draw from the creativity of high school teachers to improve solar awareness. Teachers are asked to submit an idea, proposal, or project that promotes solar energy education and awareness. The entry can be submitted in any desired medium.

Awards and Prizes:
Top entries will receive the following:
-One 1st prize winner earns $750.
-Two 2nd prize winners earn $400 each.
-Three 3rd prize winners earn a WanXiang Energy solar energy kit ($200 value)

Timeline:
Contest entries can be submitted beginning August 20th.
Contest entries must be submitted by September 13th.
